Thanks for using The Fitness Court® and The Fitness Court® App. This page contains important information about your safety and privacy. By using The Fitness Court® mobile app, you expressly agree to our , consent to our collection and use of the information described below, and you agree to follow the outlined safety requirements.

The Fitness Court® is a public workout structure designed to help you live a long, healthy life. The best part is you don’t pay for SQUAT!

Don’t PUSH yourself too hard. By using The Fitness Court®, you assume responsibility for any resulting accidents, injuries, illnesses or conditions.

Before you LUNGE into any new exercise program, consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider.

Don’t PULL the children into this. You must be at least 14 years old and weigh less than 300 lbs to use The Fitness Court®.

Maintain AGILITY by wearing proper footwear and avoiding wet surfaces. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy or lightheaded.

Be safe and have a good time. Please don’t BEND these rules.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how National Fitness Campaign LLC and it’s affiliated companies (“National Fitness Campaign,” "we," "us" or "our”) collect, obtain, share and use information through its Fitness Court mobile app, as well as your use and access of our digital services. It does not cover privacy matters related to third parties that we do not own or control.

What Information We Do Collect:

We collect information that you provide us, content that you share with us, and certain technological information that we collect automatically.

Personal Information You Provide Us
This category includes personal information you provide to National Fitness Campaign when you create an account, or submit contact information for a promotional event or through an online web form. Email addresses, names, communication preferences and phone numbers are common examples of this type of information. We do not store the password you use to sign into your Fitness Court App account.

Content You Share with Us (Shared Content)
Shared content includes assets created through our mobile app which you choose to share with National Fitness Campaign and The Fitness Court® application. This category covers workout videos which you share and post to Fitness Court® and Challenge videos which you submit for promotions or contests. If you record a workout video or challenge video but do not share it to Fitness Court® (via the share screen checkbox) or provide an email for a promotional submission, we do not receive a copy of your video so it does not fall into this category.

Your device sends certain technical information to National Fitness Campaign when you use our app. This includes:

To protect your privacy, we take care to collect the minimal amount of sensitive information possible to provide a quality app and service. Examples of information we don’t collect include:

How We Use the Information We Collect:

We do not publicly share the personal information that you provide. Your email addresses and phone numbers will not be visible to any user, nor will we publicly share them.

When you chose to share a video with National Fitness Campaign or post it to The Fitness Court® App, you grant us permission to publicly share the video (Shared Content) on the app, online and through our social media platforms. We may use this Shared Content in our promotional advertisements or any other way we deem suitable. We also reserve the right to remove videos from our platform at our discretion. Videos not recorded on a Fitness Court®, not related to our 7-Movement training system, incorrectly labeled, or depicting unsafe, inappropriate or offensive content will be removed immediately.

Additionally, when we share or repost video content, we may publicly share the name and location of The Fitness Court® where you recorded the video along with your movement label.

We may use your account information to contact you if a particular submission is eligible for a prize, special offer or for any other reason. We may collaborate with 3rd parties for these prizes and offers, but will never directly share your account information with 3rd parties who are not acting on our behalf.

We use Device Information, Logs and Location Data  to improve our service. We may publicly share some of this information in aggregate form.  

Information We Share with Others:

We share information with 3rd party vendors acting on our behalf including our designers, developers, email platform, web hosting platform and other tools we may use for data storage or analysis. We may report aggregate usage data to current and potential partners, but will not share sensitive information like account details or email addresses with other companies who are not acting as representative agents.

Disclosure:

Fitness Court use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Updates to this Policy:

From time to time, we will update this policy to clarify our usage or address new features and changes. If you have a Fitness Court user account associated with a name, email address and password we will notify of you of any updates in a timely manner. If you don’t have a user account, we are not able to contact you conveniently and therefore reserve the right to modify this policy without informing you.
