Santa Ana, CA
The City of Santa Ana, CA has committed to building out a network of 10 Local Artist Fitness Courts®
Santa Ana worked with 8 talented local artists, creating an amazing gallery of public art throughout their park system. They also are the home of the pilot site for the Fitness Court® Studio.
Escondido, CA
The City of Escondido, CA has created a network of 5 Fitness Courts® that are activated by an amazing group of local Ambassadors.
Over the last year, the City of Escondido has cultivated a dedicated team of 5 Fitness Court® Ambassadors who have been programming a variety of classes for the community. In 2022 the team of Ambassadors hosted 42 classes spread across the four open Fitness Courts®. Escondido utilizes a dedicated Facebook group to promote their classes and build a community of people. Currently, the group consists of 500+ members and they hope to continue to increase membership. The city is excited to celebrate the opening of their fifth Fitness Court® in 2023 which will expand access to free fitness for even more residents.
