Living in Castle Pines, Colorado, Lisa is surrounded by the natural beauty of Elk Ridge Park, a place she frequents on her morning walks. The park's scenic views and tranquil paths offer the perfect backdrop for her daily routine. However, it wasn’t just the park’s beauty that captivated Lisa—she also discovered the Fitness Court nestled within its greenery, and it quickly became a vital part of her fitness journey.
“I first discovered the Fitness Court on my morning walk through Elk Ridge Park,” Lisa recalls. “The park is gorgeous and allows for an amazing and scenic walk. Finding the Fitness Court was an added bonus, allowing me to add strength, agility, and flexibility aspects to my walk.”
Lisa’s routine is a testament to her commitment to staying fit and active. She’s a regular user of the Fitness Court App, which provides a variety of workouts that keep her engaged and challenged. “The whole concept adds variety and an additional level of strength training and commitment to my morning routine,” she explains.
Lisa’s approach is both structured and flexible, often starting with a mile or two of walking to warm up before heading to the Fitness Court at the top of the hill. There, she runs through a routine—sometimes following the app’s suggestions, other times creating her own—to work on her upper body strength and agility.
But Lisa doesn’t stop there. After completing her first circuit at the Fitness Court, she continues her walk, covering another couple of miles before returning for a different routine and some stretching. The convenience of having the Fitness Court along her walking path makes it easy for her to incorporate multiple workouts into her morning, ensuring she stays strong, flexible, and ready for any adventure her grandchildren might dream up.
