Partnership Development Manager

Houston, Full Time 

We are looking for an experienced sales professional, who can develop partnerships with cities and colleges as we scale our Fitness Campaign across America.

About the position:

You will work with our Regional Campaign Manager, Director and team to share the value proposition and funding requirements with cities to develop our partners for program. Your role will focus on building relationships with cities and schools across the country. Minimum of three years of successful sales experience required. Excellent incentives to succeed and grow with us!

You will :

  • help launch NFC nationwide with Fit Radio, our sponsor, in 100 cities across America
  • build, manage and grow partnerships with cities and colleges
  • manage interested partners to develop strategy for joining NFC
  • work directly with our Regional Campaign Manager and Director
  • collaborate with an agile, fast-paced, growing team

You have:

  • 3+ years of increasingly successful sales and partnership development roles
  • experience and success acquiring, building and closing relationships
  • strong passion for health and fitness
  • experience working with cities or government agencies helpful
  • ability to learn quickly
  • a desire to do meaningful, important work
  • minimum of a bachelors degree in related field


Marketing Coordinator        

San Francisco, Full Time

We are looking for a motivated Marketing professional with graphic design skills to join our growing team in San Francisco. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our mission-driven team to help scale our campaign and bring free fitness to hundreds of cities and schools across America. 

About the position:

As an important member of our creative team, you will work closely with our Campaign Director, to create, maintain and package content for internal and external communications.  This role is responsible for execution of integrated initiatives that extend to nationwide marketing, web, social and print collateral. Minimum of two years of professional experience required. Excellent incentive to succeed and grow with us, opportunity to join at the ground-level of a growing National Enterprise.  

You Will:

  • help launch our 2018 Campaign nationwide in 100 cities across America
  • design and create internal and external marketing materials including brochures, product guides, program overview documents, campaign promotions, media assets 
  • contribute to content marketing strategy 
  • develop and package custom materials for partner cities 
  • develop creative concepts and visuals for advertising, marketing campaigns and Fitness Court events 
  • collaborate with an agile, fast-paced, growing team

You Have:

  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • passion for health and fitness
  • proficiency in various graphic design, publishing, and multimedia software applications including Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) 
  • strong interpersonal skills 
  • self-starter with a strong desire to take ownership of the position and a desire to grow as a professional
  • great verbal and written communication skills 
  • minimum of a bachelor's degree in related field
