Landscape Designer / Project Manager

San Francisco, Full Time

National Fitness Campaign (NFC) is seeking an experienced and motivated design professional to join our San Francisco based team, and help shape a healthier built environment nationwide. We are searching for a skilled designer with a passion for health and wellness, that is open to a creative role in a fast paced environment as our team grows and creates immediate impact across the country.

About the position:

You will work closely with our Campaign Director and Design Team to support leading city and collegiate partners nationwide.  As a key member on our design and planning team, your role will include master planning and analysis for top cities and schools, creation of healthy city plans and design packages, site design support, installation guidance and direct collaboration with top cities and colleges across the country. Minimum of 2-4 years of professional design experience required. Excellent incentive to succeed and grow with us, opportunity to join at the ground-level of a growing National Enterprise.

You Will:

  • Help launch NFC Nationwide in over 200 Cities and schools across America

  • Design and create site analysis and master plan documents and proposals

  • Research and analyze existing city master plans and healthy infrastructure

  • RFP preparation / procurement oversight for partner cities

  • Become an expert in pedestrian infrastructure and consultative support for city leaders

  • Design and develop custom branding and  graphics development for partner cities

  • Provide site design, installation and construction support for partner cities

  • Work directly with our Founder and Director

  • Collaborate with an agile, fast-paced, growing team

You Have:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field

  • 2+ years of professional design experience

  • Successful project management experience

  • Excellent communication skills, enjoy speaking on the phone and working with people

  • Strong knowledge base regarding pedestrian infrastructure

  • Experience interfacing with contractors and bidding processes

  • Experience working with cities or government agencies helpful

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, CAD, Sketchup

  • Passion for health and fitness

  • A desire to do meaningful, impactful work

Partnership Development Representative  

San Francisco, Full Time

National Fitness Campaign (NFC) Is looking for a motivated, entry level sales professional to join our team impacting health and happiness across America. Candidates who have a passion for health and fitness and are looking for an opportunity with a fast track to growth in sales and business development are an excellent fit for the position.

About the position:

As an important member of our Discovery team, your role will focus on strategic outreach to cities and schools. You will share the value proposition and funding requirements of our campaign with leaders and schedule briefing calls with qualified partners for our Campaign. You will collaborate closely with Partnership Development Managers, and work cross-functionally across our entire outreach and partnership teams. You Will:

  • Perform discovery calls to set up briefings between prospective partners and our Senior Partnership Development team

  • Share valuable information with identified champions about the Campaign

We are looking for an experienced, seasoned sales professional, who can develop and manage partnerships with cities and colleges as we scale our Fitness Campaign across the country. Individuals with a proven consultative sales background and an interest in impacting health and happiness around America are an excellent fit for the position!

About the position:

You will work with our Regional Campaign Manager, Director and team to share the value proposition and funding requirements with cities to develop our partners for program. Your role will focus on building relationships with cities and schools across the country. Minimum of three years of successful sales experience required. Excellent incentives to succeed and grow with us!

You will :

  • help launch NFC nationwide in over 200 cities and schools nationwide

  • build, manage and grow partnerships with cities and colleges

  • manage interested partners to develop strategy for joining NFC

  • work directly with our Regional Campaign Manager and Director

  • collaborate with an agile, fast-paced, growing team

You have:

  • 3+ years of increasingly successful sales and partnership development roles

  • experience and success acquiring, building and closing relationships

  • strong passion for health and fitness

  • experience working with cities or government agencies helpful

  • ability to learn quickly

  • a desire to do meaningful, important work

  • minimum of a bachelors degree in related field
