Ambassador Spotlights

Laura has always been into fitness, and views it as her therapy. When her mom turned her life around at age 70 by losing 100 lbs, she decided to become a personal trainer and make fitness her career. She thought if she could help or encourage just one more person in her life to reach their fitness goals, it would all be worth it.

Lourdes’ goal is to add quality and longevity to life. As an Ambassador, she is excited to promote motivation and inspiration to any female want-to-be trainer, ambassador, and citizen to show that anything is possible!

Thomas of Next Level Fitness has utilized the Fitness Court® in his physical rehab journey and we couldn't be more in awe of his achievements! Sharing his workouts on Instagram, Thomas has motivated his community to be the best version of themselves and to not give up when life gets tough.

NFC liability terms: As an Ambassador, it’s important that you inform others of safe ways of working out, being careful to get released of liability from anyone you are training on or off the Fitness Court®. In addition, Ambassadors acknowledge that they are not connected with or working with National Fitness Campaign (NFC) in any formal capacity. As such, they release NFC from any claims or actions that may occur from their volunteer work as a Fitness Court® Ambassador. Because physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, we strongly recommend obtaining a physical examination from a doctor before beginning any physical training program, using exercise equipment or participating in any exercise activity. This is especially true if you have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, have ever experienced chest pain, if you smoke, are obese, have high cholesterol, or have other medical conditions that can worsen with physical activity. Don’t start this or any fitness program if your physician advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately and contact your physician or health care provider.
