The Fairborn Fitness Court is NOW OPEN!

Here’s How It Happened:

The City of Fairborn, Ohio is proud to launch a free outdoor Fitness Court® for adults of all ability levels in Central Park. The city has partnered with the local YMCA, National Fitness Campaign and many more local businesses to make world-class fitness free for everyone!

In the pursuit of leadership in the Dayton Metro region, this city isn’t cutting corners on making fitness and wellness a priority. Fairborn’s city leaders are ready to activate this digitally connected, best-in-class gym where residents can get a full body workout! Residents are encouraged to download the Fitness Court app to easily engage in challenges and utilize pre-guided workout routines — all at no cost!

Thanks are in order for the YMCA,  Greene County Health, Kettering Health and Living Well Spine Center — their generous support made the Fitness Court a possibility for the community. From the earliest days of the project, these entities were inspired by the city leadership’s desire to promote healthy living for everyone in a free and engaging way, and couldn’t wait to get involved!

For access to simple seven-station workouts, to get involved with exclusive training events, or to learn how to qualify for the Fitness Court Challenge event, residents are invited to download the free Fitness Court App on iOS or Android. Users can compete with friends or listen to fun coach-in-the-pocket guided workouts to music!
